The Royal City Toastmasters Club, Guelph has helped members of this community improve their organizational, leadership and communication skills for over 50 years.
Toastmasters presents the fundamentals of public speaking in a relaxed, organized and enjoyable atmosphere. The skills gained will benefit you at work and in other areas of your life. Every conversation will be more fun and productive. You will be able to communicate better with your employees, associates, staff, customers. Your performance will improve in:
The meetings are business casual (no jeans please). We learn and improve our competency in Leadership and Communication. We develop our skills and improve communication, introductions, speaking with and without preparation and listening skills and evaluations. There is no criteria for joining except the desire to improve public speaking skills. Every speaking opportunity you have, will benefit from the skills learned at Royal City Toastmasters.
We encourage members to take part in all of the different roles involved in holding a meeting.Meetings:
2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from September to June.
We arrive at 6:15 P.M. and begin promptly at 6:30 and finish at approx. 8:30.
At: Community Living Guelph Wellington, 8 Royal Road, 2nd Floor Guelph, Ontario, located at the intersection of Royal and Speedvale Roads. There is an elevator.

You are welcome to come as a Guest, observe the Club, and learn more about Toastmasters, at no cost to you and as often as you like until you feel comfortable with joining. We suggest guests participate if they choose.
Membership:
Annual Membership is $150.00 paid semi-annually at $75.00 and is Tax Deductible - Education. New member’s fee of $ 30.00 covers manual and information kit.
